The 2017/2018 football season is off to a cracking start for two Aberdeen-based youth football clubs who will be taking on the opposition wearing kits sponsored by the John Lawrie Group.

Both teams play in the Aberdeen and District Juvenile Football Association which has been in existence since the start of the 1991-1992 season.

Dee FC play in the B League of the U15s section and have their home pitch in Tullos, close to John Lawrie's Aberdeen HQ.

Meanwhile, Nicolls Youth are currently playing in the U14s C League.
