John Lawrie Director, Dave Weston, found himself in front of a radio micrphone during the recent SPE Offshore Europe 2017 which took place in Aberdeen's Exhibition and Conference Centre (A.E.C.C.).

Local Aberdeen station, Northsound 1, had heard that the John Lawrie Group had played a key role in the construction of the new A.E.C.C. which will home to the next SPE Exhibition and Conference in 2019.

Dave was delighted to explain how the company has supplied more than 20,000m of piling pipe to Northern Piling Limited (NPL), a ground engineering company specialising in the design and installation of driven piling and foundation systems, for use in the ongoing construction project.

Both Dave and Ray Grant, John Lawrie Environmental Director, were interviewed by in-house broadcast crew OETV and their TV debuts were shown on big screens around the exhibtion and in the entrance halls.
