John Lawrie Group has unveiled its fleet of new management vehicles with the latest driver technology, enhancing its fleet whilst at the same time underlining its green credentials.

The environmentally-conscious company has taken delivery of six new Nissan Navara NP300 4x4 pickups – distinctly liveried with the John Lawrie Group logo – which have been designed for maximum transport ability and the best possible fuel efficiency.

With CO2 emissions from 167g/km, the all new Navara NP300 has best-in-class fuel economy and sets the benchmark for pick-ups.

John Lawrie Group operations director, Dave Weston, says the vehicles are a great addition to the company’s fleet: “The Nissan Navara raises the bar for performance and dependability in the pick-up market.

“We were particularly impressed with the Navara’s ability to generate more horsepower and torque while also improving fuel efficiency over the outgoing model by 24%. The model was an excellent choice as part of our continuous environmental commitment.”

The new vehicles were purchased locally from Specialist Cars Nissan, part of Aberdeen-based John Clark Motor Group, who offer a full maintenance and service programme.

Dave added: “We were very impressed with the excellent attention from the fleet sales department at John Clark Motor Group and would like to commend them for their first class service.”

Mark Dryden, local fleet and business specialist at John Clark Motor Group, wishes the company many years of efficient and enjoyable motoring.  He said: “We were absolutely delighted to assist John Lawrie Group with its purchase of six award-winning Nissan Navaras. Our two companies are actually close neighbours in West Tullos, Aberdeen, and therefore it was a particular pleasure to get to know the staff at John Lawrie Group and help them with their requirements.”
