John Lawrie Decom is pleased to announce an enhanced decommissioning service, in addition to their existing offering, which it has been providing to the oil & gas sector for more than two decades. Working in collaboration with Aberdeen Harbour Board, the company has acquired access to a decommissioning-dedicated quayside area equipped with full containment facilities for the receipt of piece small-to-medium structures for dismantling.

The new quayside facility will enable larger pieces of equipment and structures to be offloaded from vessels and then worked on in an environmentally secure work area within the main hub of North Sea activity.
